Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and other information you provide during registration.
Customer Data: Information you enter into the Service in the course of your business operations, including production data, inventory records, employee records, quality control data, customer records, and other manufacturing data ("Customer Data"). This data belongs to you.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the Service.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and similar technical information collected automatically when you access the Service.
Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data to third parties. We do not use your Customer Data to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
RotoTrack includes optional AI-powered features (AI Help, AI Scrap Diagnosis, AI Shift Summary) powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use these features, relevant data from your session is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. This data is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI feature usage is tracked per company for usage limit purposes only.
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, located in the United States. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls.
No security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We retain your account information and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for thirty (30) days to allow you to export it, after which we will delete it from our active systems. Backups may persist for an additional period consistent with our backup retention schedule.
We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
